We experienced a momentary issue with Authentication in the CloudLink platform at 10:23AM. This issue caused all authentication to fail. OfficeLink users will have experienced login failure messages within the application. The issue was identified and resolved at 10:58AM.
This issue was caused by a planned redeployment of the API Gateway which exposed a bug in the deployment logic.
All authentication in CloudLink is operating normally.
