Resolved - At this time we are not observing any further instabilities with the platform notifications system. We will continue to work with the appropriate development teams to ensure the stability of the Cloudlink platform through normal daily operation.

Monitoring - We apologize for the time between updates as we have been hard at work investigating this issue. As traffic has subsided at the end of the typical business day, the traffic causing the potential instability to notifications has subsided.

We believe the issue was localized to a specific new client implementation and was unlikely to have affected other platform applications.

We are continuing to work towards a resolution with the affected client implementation team to resolve this abnormal traffic patterning.

Monitoring - The cause of the increased error rates has been identified. A hardware component issue hosting the MiCloud Connect Authentication Service (ABC) is causing authentication issues for Teamwork+ users. Other Cloudlink applications are not affected at this time. The hardware component issue is being actively resolved by the MiCloud Connect team.
