This morning media services in the Europe region were unavailable for a period of time. Users of mobile applications would have experienced call failures, and messages indicating "Call Services Unavailable".

The root cause of this issue was due to a certificate expiry that was not caught as part of the standard certificate renwal process. Upon restoration of the affected certificate - call services were restored.

We have identified the weakness in our certificate renewal process that caused this certificate to expire without the renewal, and are implementing a resolution.
